- 2 Oz Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
- 1 Stick Butter
- 6 Oz Cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 4.6 Oz Cup Cake Flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- Preheat oven to 350
- Melt butter and chocolate and set aside to cool (can be warm but not hot to the touch)
- Combine flour, salt and cake flour. Set aside
- Mix sugar with cooled chocolate mixture.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract
- FOLD the flour mixture into the chocolate mixture.
- Grease an 8 x 8 metal baking pan and evenly distribute batter.
- Bake 20 – 23 minutes
- Allow to cool and serve.
