Cake Brownies

  • 2 Oz Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 6 Oz Cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4.6 Oz Cup Cake Flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Melt butter and chocolate and set aside to cool (can be warm but not hot to the touch)
  3. Combine flour, salt and cake flour. Set aside
  4. Mix sugar with cooled chocolate mixture. 
  5. Add eggs and vanilla extract
  6. FOLD the flour mixture into the chocolate mixture.
  7. Grease an 8 x 8 metal baking pan and evenly distribute batter.
  8. Bake 20 – 23 minutes
  9. Allow to cool and serve.
