  • 16.5oz Bread flour
  • 9g salt
  • 8g vital wheat gluten
  • 10g sugar
  • 6g yeast
  1. Layer ingredients in the order listed
  2. Run machine on French (2) menu setting, 1.5lb loaf, medium crust
  3. Pull paddle @ 1:52
