- 10.8oz Werther’s Orginal
- 2 TBL Water
- 1/3 cup half & half
- Place unwrapped caramels in medium saucepan and add water.
- Heat over medium low to melt caramels
- Once they start to melt stir frequently until melted and smooth and no lumps remain.
- Remove from heat and add half & half
- Pour caramel sauce into a jar and let cool to room temperature before using.
- Store in air tight container in fridge for up to two weeks.
