Werther’s Caramel Sauce

  • 10.8oz Werther’s Orginal
  • 2 TBL Water
  • 1/3 cup half & half
  1. Place unwrapped caramels in medium saucepan and add water.
  2. Heat over medium low to melt caramels
  3. Once they start to melt stir frequently until melted and smooth and no lumps remain. 
  4. Remove from heat and add half & half
  5. Pour caramel sauce into a jar and let cool to room temperature before using.
  6. Store in air tight container in fridge for up to two weeks.
