- 1 Stick Butter Room Temp
- 1 Egg Room Temp
- 105g AP Flour
- 1tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2tsp Salt
- 45g Quick Cooking Oats
- 90g Chocolate Chips
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
- Beat peanut butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until well blended.
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl; stir into creamed mixture until incorporated. Mix in oats until just combined.
- Drop teaspoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets.
