Cooking the Pork Tenderloin Shredding, Saucing, and Crisping Notes: *Use 10 minutes for long, thin tenderloins and 12 for shorter, thicker tenderloins. If the pork hasn’t reached 165F in the center at the end of cooking, you can seal and cook for a few extra minutes.

Notes: If you are using fresh broccoli, you may need to microwave it with a little water for a few minutes to soften it, as it won’t cook in the pot with the residual heat. If the florets are large, cut them in half.
